MUMBAI: Omaxe Ltd has said that the company has emerged the highest bidder and has won the bid from Naya Raipur Development Authority, Chhattisgarh for development of the theme township with eighteen Hole Golf Course on over four hundred acres at Naya Raipur, the capital city of Chhattisgarh. The project value is one thousand two hundred Crore, ruppes which shall include the development of residential and commercial buildings, the golf villas and a hotel.
